3F's Poultry and Rabbit Processing, LLC is Oklahoma's first and only state Inspected Poultry and Rabbit
Processing establishment. The facility harvests, processes and custom packages poultry and rabbits. This is a complete service taking a live animal to a finished ready to cook meat product either whole or cut up in vacuum sealed packaging. 3F's Poultry and Rabbit Processing, LLC seeks to serve with the highest customer satisfaction in processing and cutting specialized orders. All slaughtering and processing operations are overseen by an Oklahoma State Meat Inspector this continuous inspection allows poultry and meat products to be consumed by the owner and sold to the public in wholesale and retail outlets (farmer markets, restaurants, supermarkets, and farm stands). Services extend to backyard growers, county fairs, 4-H members, APA members, FFA members and small to mid-size farm growers.

3F's Poultry and Rabbit Processing, LLC follows a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical
Control Point) program to provide safe, unadulterated products and a strict sanitation program that
ensures a clean and sanitary environment. All staff members are trained in treating all animals with
respect and in how to handle animals humanely. As the managing member of the processing facility
Shelley Lynch has educated herself, taken training courses and completed many steps in preparation for the facility to be Oklahoma's first state inspected facility . This includes GMP (Good Manufacturing
Practices Policy), SOP/SSOP (Standard Operating Procedure/Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) Certification, Development of a HACCP Plan unique to this facility and the poultry industry. This also includes microbial sampling and test result interpretation. This training, education and planning has allowed this facility to develop practices which set the standard for poultry and rabbit processing in Oklahoma.
