  • State-Inspected Processing: All operations are overseen by an Oklahoma State Meat Inspector, ensuring that our products are safe for both personal consumption and public sale.

  • Flexible Scheduling: We offer year-round processing without a minimum number requirement, accommodating both small and large-scale producers.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To ensure a smooth processing experience, please follow these guidelines:

  • Feed Withdrawal: Remove all feed sources 18-24 hours before slaughter. A $1 per bird violation fee applies if this is not adhered to.

  • Water Access: Provide only water during the withdrawal period.

  • Catching and Loading: Handle animals calmly during transport, using marked crates or trailers.

  • Animal Drop-Off: Arrive by 7:00 am on your scheduled Saturday appointment for inspection. Late arrivals may lead to cancellation.

Processing and Pick-Up

  • Inspection and Processing: Animals are inspected before processing, with any condemned due to health issues discarded.

  • Meat Pick-Up: Scheduled pick-up times are strict. Products not collected within the given timeframe will be forfeited, with no refunds.
